I can only give 2 stars 😔

2* food - do not order the mini burgers - they are super small for 11.5usd!!! Maybe 25g each! The meat tastes nice but I only had 3 mouthfuls in 3 burgers 😂

2* service - there is no service! You seat yourself, order over a QR code with no menu details, no ingredients and no options, and then you collect your own food and clear your own tray! The only service I received was a friendly hello at the beginning.

3* atmosphere - great decor and themed diner but no communication from staff, no table checks or asking if everything is OK. In face we sat here for 15 mins slowly writing this review to see if anyone would say hello or come and ask if we would like anything else but alas, we got...

Third time visit here. Atmosphere is chill and relax. Staff are friendly and polite. Food is always good. Big portions and delicious. I did put a request note on my beverage with ice. Been informed that juice didn’t serve with ice but the Staff named Sam who provide me an extra mile service. He purposely serve me a cup of ice to fulfill my desire. came here for the Sanrio collab!!! 🎀✨ the decor is super cute and instagrammable and the staffs are quite friendly!

we ordered the pompompurin kid’s set meal and the burger was surprisingly good! 🍔 the portion was generous as well, and the hello kitty milkshake was delish! 🍓🥤
