The food is pretty standard Crystal Jade (maybe a little bit below their usual standard). The texture of the noodle was a bit over cooked. The price seems a bit more expensive than usual but if you have the Sands membership card (it’s free to apply) you get a 10% off (so basically no service fee). I think it can be though for them to recommend sometimes because people here gear towards guests who speak Chinese even though you're at this huge hotel. If you only understand English, you'll have to ask for someone to help communicate for you. I would suggest their soup dumplings, and most other dumplings here are also quite tasty.
