Go to Hengrun Plaza and take the lift up. Can also enter from Kam Rueng Plaza connected by lift corridor. Dim Sum taken by locals usually comes and seat for hours. Ordering 1-2 dishes a time, sipping chinese tea, relaxing and chatting as it is not cheap. Tea is served based on RMB 8 per person. I don't think you can reject being served tea if it is not your cup of tea (no pun intended). Maybe you can change to hot water but there is also a charge. 20250607 - The most opulent dimsum restaurant I had ever dined in

The yow tiew was the best I ever had .. fluffy inside with a thin crunchy shell

I returned the next day to get some as takeaway for breakfast but apparently no takeaway allowed

I needed to sit in and pay the tea charge before I could order the yow tiew to be packed away

However, I believe they just waived the tea...
