If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine and are looking for a restaurant that offers a unique twist on classic dishes, then you absolutely must check out the fusion Mexican restaurant located on Gough Street in Shueng Wan, Hong Kong. From the moment you step inside, you'll be transported to a world of flavor and excitement.

One of the standout dishes on the menu is the steak tacos, or "tacos de carne asada." The meat is perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the tacos are served with all the traditional fixings. The combination of flavors and textures is simply amazing.

Another must-try dish is the Seabass taco, or "tacos de pescado." The fish is fresh and flavorful, and the taco is topped with a delicious spicy salsa that perfectly complements the delicate flavor of the fish.

But perhaps the star of the show is the Guacamole chips. The Guacamole is made with fresh, ripe avocados and is perfectly seasoned. The chips are crispy and light, and the combination of flavors is simply out of this world.

Gabriel, the friendly owner and chef, takes generational recipes from his grandmother in Mexico and infuses a modern flare to transform classic dishes into culinary masterpieces. The result is a menu that is both familiar and exciting, with something for everyone.

The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to recommend dishes and answer any questions you may have. And while the prices are not cheap, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it worth every penny.

Overall, if you're looking for a truly exceptional Mexican fusion dining experience, then this is a true gem, and one that you simply must try before it gets...

Was gonna stop by a Birria taco place but only to find out its take out only with only 1 table available so I went online and found Chicano less than 5 mins away. Hungry and craving for Mexican food I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was really nice with 2 floors and a bar counter at the entrance with giant glass shop front. Since it was only myself I sat at the glass and got a nice view of the inside of the restaurant.

I was going to try some birria that day anyways and saw they had it on their menu so I decided to give it a try. It had enough for 2 or more people to share but since I was by myself I just ordered that and went to town. Maybe I had Birria so high up on a pedestal or its because it was traditional Birria and not Birria tacos, the flavors were missing something. It had good chili flavor but that's about it. Maybe if they used more stock when cooking the consume it might be better, but all in all it was enjoyable. The tortilla they gave me wasnt quite enough and they gladly gave me more.

I ordered a glass of mojito as well to go with the Birria and it was ok. Can definitely taste the alcohol in it. Just wish they gave me more, but who wouldnt want a bigger drink.

The Birria and Mojito came in just under 400 which is quite expensive, but then again I am eating alone. Would definitely come back and try out their other tacos and food with...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chicano Mexican restaurant and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Edgar, who made me feel right at home. The decor inside the restaurant is beautiful and really captures the essence of Mexican culture.

The staff at Chicano Mexican restaurant are simply excellent. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers have a memorable dining experience. They were outstanding. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations that we ended up loving.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Chicano Mexican restaurant is extensive and features a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, from the guacamole and chips to the tacos and enchiladas. The flavors were bold and vibrant, and the portions were generous.

Overall, I highly recommend Chicano Mexican restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Central, Hong Kong. The owner and staff truly make you feel like family, and the food is top-notch. I will definitely be...

Chicano, located in the vibrant heart of Hong Kong, offers a delightful culinary journey that masterfully blends traditional Mexican flavors with contemporary flair. The restaurant’s ambiance is both inviting and lively, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Mexico. The culinary excellence at Chicano is largely attributed to the expertise of Chef Edgar Vigo. With over a decade of experience in Hong Kong’s dining scene, Chef Vigo has been instrumental in introducing and popularizing authentic Latin American cuisine in the city. His passion for crafting memorable dining experiences is evident in every dish, showcasing a deep respect for culinary traditions while embracing innovative techniques, you must ask for “ Pastel de tres leches” made from scratch and leave room For their iconic and authentic Churros with Cajeta, also made fresh onsite. Chicano stands out as a must-visit destination for those seeking authentic Mexican cuisine in Hong Kong. Under the guidance of Chef Edgar Vigo and his team, the restaurant promises a vibrant and flavorful journey that delights the senses and celebrates the rich heritage of Mexican culinary arts
