Daddy's Kitchen — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

This joint used to be Uniboil but sadly it closed down.

Anyway, some of the decor is still the same which means you can charge your phones etc using the USB plugs.

Was there for late afternoon lunch and it is nice and quiet after 2:30 when people have buggered back to office!

Had the grilled fish with rice without the sauce which turned out quite good and healthy.

The meatloaf was interesting so I ordered that with the tomato pasta.

The meatloaf looked like cubes of luncheon meat with mushrooms but the texture was like frankfurter sausages without the skin.

Overall it was quite nice and also unique as I haven't seen it in other restaurants in the areas I normally dine at.

Dear store owner, in case you find this text I think there is something you need to know about your menu! Your fried spaghetti is absolutely terrible!!! It tastes weird that totally doesn’t work well with the spaghetti. The smoked chicken breast is dry like a biscuit!! Omg just don’t put the dishes on the menu if you’re not sure about the quality!
