Visited the store yesterday at around 11am. Shirt line up. Very crowded and busy. In addition to pure single notes there are many mixed fragrances. I chose two and at the time of payment asking if they are pure essential oil. The answer is shocking - No, they are not pure essential oil for all the mixed fragrance. I’m so surprised as no reviews have mentioned this. They are cheap as they are mixed with artificial oil which might clog the diffuser. They said if I want pure essential oil you can only choose the single notes. The old man sitting behind the counter is so rude. In any event, the flame of good vale essential oil is totally overrated since they are not pure...

Experience: Old school essential oil shop with very small floor space. It can fit max 8 people but there were so many tourists squeezing into it. However, its popularity is well deserved because they do have many unique and good fragrances, especially those of hotel series.

Bought ShangriLa and White Flower series.
