Service • Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help with recommendations. • Service was prompt and efficient, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Ambiance • The restaurant is well-decorated with a cozy, modern Italian vibe. • Comfortable seating and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both casual meals and small gatherings.

Food Pizza • The pizza stands out for its authentic Italian style—crispy yet chewy crust, generous toppings, and a beautiful char. • Unique flavors and high-quality ingredients make each bite memorable. • The mushroom pizza, in particular, was aromatic and well-balanced, with just the right amount of cheese and fresh mushrooms. Pasta • The spaghetti with meatballs was tasty, with a rich tomato sauce and tender meatballs. • However, the portion size felt a bit small for the price, and the cost is on the higher side compared to similar Italian spots in the area. Recommendation • Ideal for pizza lovers seeking genuine Italian flavors and a pleasant dining environment. • If you’re looking for value-for-money pasta, you might find the prices a bit steep, but the quality is consistent. • Great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed meal with friends.

Overall, Mother of Pizza in Causeway Bay delivers on ambiance and authentic pizza, though pasta prices could be more competitive. Worth a visit for the pizza...

One of the best pizza in HK - freshly made on order. The queue is ALWAYS crazy so definitely call and make a reservation in advance. We had to wait another 15-20mins on arrival however.

Service was much better than expected. The staffs were very friendly and offered to help store our shopping bags while we wait. After we were seated, they then brought our bags and placed it in a chair beside us.

We ordered a pasta with their ‘signature meatballs’ and a pizza (smaller). Luckily we didn’t get more food because the portion was substantial. Pasta came quickly but unfortunately was just average. Pasta sauce was creamy but otherwise not flavourful. Same goes for the meatballs.

Pizza took about 20mins but it was well worth the wait. We had the half half option so for variety. We took the parma and pineapple options and both tasted so good!!! The crust was just the right chewiness but can be slightly thinner. I’ve never been a huge fan of Hawaiian but this was different. The saltiness (salami) and sweetness (honey and pineapple) was a match made in heaven. Will definitely go back just for this again.

Would recommend coming in a big group so you can try more options. A waste we couldn’t order the other popular dish - garlic bread...

Food was fine. The service was unacceptable. 75 mins dinning time. When 60mins passed, a male staff brought the bill to us and kept standing there (he also said something about Visa, Master, the music was too loud, I couldn’t hear him at all), I thought he would leave the bill on the table and come back later but he didn’t. My bf asked him to leave the bill on the table first, then he left. 5 more mins passed, another female staff came and asked if we wanna pay by Apple Pay. I asked time is not up yet? She said something I don’t remember and left but I felt she thought I was a terrible customer and didn’t willing to follow the 75mins dinning limit. Then we left a credit card on the bill and a staff took it and finished the transaction and returned it within 3 mins.

The server could have said : I’m sorry but do you mind paying the bill first and then you could sit until time’s up

If 75 mins dinning time is too long for the resto then maybe just make it 60 mins.

Anyway, I had some great times in this resto and loved the food. Yet 75mins dinning time is already kinda short for me, for now I feel like the actual dinning time is 60mins. I definitely will not...

Very expensive pizza but it was good and will probably return at some point. The pizzas are as well topped as the pictures in the menu and the sauce base was good. 🍕😋 Queen Margarita - a very good margarita. Very cheesy and well seasoned. Beautiful chick - this one was delicious and we loved the ranch sauce. Summer of love - we liked the chilli infused honey but it was a bit too subtle. Rocketeer - this one was very fresh with the veg and rocket. Hawaiian CoCo - This one was maybe the most disappointing. The flavours were good but the coconut just a fine dusting of toasted dessicated coconut and hence overpowered by the pepperoni and pineapple. I had expected it to be fresh or at least sliced toasted coconut as that would be more noticeable. Holland Spicy - be warned! It does have 10 chilli icons tbf but the base under the sauce is like a chilli seed paste which gets thicker the further you get to the crust. It was fine to have 1 slice but i wouldn't recommend ordering a full pizza for yourself unless you can handle a lot of spice.

Environment is dark with catchy pop music playing at the background. There is a flameless LED candle placed on every table, bringing some chill and romantic vibes. We ordered a 13″ pizza and requested half and half (Canadian & Pepperoni Super Saiyan). For drinks, we ordered strawberry and blueberry milkshake. The two flavours tasted more or less the same with the same sauce base. I couldn't tell the differences except that the Pepperoni Super Saiyan one was more garlicky. Both flavours were on a salty side. Pizza crust had just the right chewiness. However, the middle dough is quite soft making it messy to hold in hand so better to eat with knife and fork. Milkshake is thick and creamy. With rich fruit flavour and no extra sugar added. It's super filling but definitly worth to try! Overall, it's a nice place that serves huge pizza. Highly recommend to go in group so you can share and try out more different flavours.
