It has been almost a year since the unfortunate incident at Genki, and despite multiple attempts to contact Genki via email and phone, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution for our physically and emotionally harmed. Tried to contact them now via Facebook, rather than giving me a proper response, they simply deleted comments.
During my visit, an incident resulted in my injury. The food was being transported on the "train" before I could retrieve it all, leading to a collision that caused me physical and emotional harm. I am grateful that I was the one injured and not my five-year-old son. While I understand that accidents can occur, what deeply troubled me was the lack of concern and the attitude displayed by your staff. They seemed to blame us and made us feel responsible for the train derailing, as if we had intentionally caused the incident. The way we were asked to step aside was impolite and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Otherwise the restaurant is clean, staff super helpful and there is a toilet on the premises. Generally no wait to get in and takeaway is quick...

Strange thing here is that Genki has a policy of waiting 10 minutes for each customer to show up (which is very long tolerance). Genki also have a feature of calling customers when they queue is up. This encourages customers to leave and do something else, before they get called. As a result of both policies, they have empty seats, but a long line in front.
Please fix this policy! Customers are leaving...
