King Prawn Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Just passed this Asian restaurant during late lunch hr, menu are familiar with popular Asian dishes (laksa, Thai chicken rice, tomyum, thai.style curry ..). Surprising, the taste and quality was better than expected (curry beef, Vietnam.Pork laksa).. esp laksa taste resembled sgp.style laksa, curry is pretty thai.style, after all the price is qte cheap indeed. Fully recommended.

After some work at same district whole day, finished at dinner time and passed by this restaurant again - decided to try it's dinner menu. This time thai.style chicken in laksa noodle ..So good and big portion. Another dish is fried pork neck meat - pretty tasty indeed from such shop. After all, it is qte cheap even for such quick dinner. Certainly want to come back again to try its tomyum and...

Cheapest of its kind in this area, and students get a $3 discount, but I cannot distract myself from that sour odour that permeates this place. Also if you are going with friends, take note that you cannot split the bill.

Food portion is generous, for example they would give two whole slabs of chicken thigh to go with your pho, but the taste is just ordinary. Fair enough for your average...

Very good food for a decent price. They added a 20% surcharge for Chinese New year's. Decent sized portions. I really like the pork neck. Very slow service though although it was Chinese New Year's Eve so that may be expected. My beef curry was really tender. They also serve Vietnamese...
