Hidden vegan gem, authentic and outstanding vegan Chinese food

Finding this place is a bit tricky, especially if you go through Aeon mall. Best way is either taxi or walk up to Club One entrance. Then find the lift on the left a few steps up from lobby, to Waterfall Sports and Wellness on 9th floor.

You can sign up free of charge as a member with a phone number.

Then you will be presented with a Chinese menu. Main course are all in Chinese and staff isn't fluent in English, so Google lens/ google translate will be your friend. Essentially you pick 1 main and then it comes with two side dishes where you can pick.

Main course has burger, salads, and a few worthy of mention. First is the pumpkin with lion Mane's stew, then it is the lotus root patties with rice, third is the tofu egg (not egg) , Mock BBQ pork, salad and pita bread, last of you want something also filling, and a bit bland is the veggie dumplings with veg and noodles.

Side dish I highly recommend the Mock Beef balls and the Ginger vinegar with fungus. Both are outstanding and are top pick on the menu. Then you can also pick hand rolls, add extra $ for the lion mane soup (on its own is around $88 at the time) very good!.

The chef trained under some famous establishments in HK and the environment is relaxing and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing time.

Staff can hover a bit too much until you order. Other than that,...

Finding the restaurant was a bit tricky, but thankfully their Facebook page has a helpful video guide—very thoughtful! The restaurant is bright, spacious, and comfortable, with a wide variety of vegan dishes. We ordered a set meal that included a delicious soup, plus three appetizers and a cake for two, and the total came to just three hundred dollars something —excellent value! However, the flavors were slightly salty, leaving me a bit thirsty afterward.

The male server and the long-haired female server were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout, which was a highlight. Unfortunately, the short-haired female server had a less welcoming attitude—she seemed impatient when I asked for directions to the restroom (located across at Fitness Water, requiring a card swipe), and her demeanor felt dismissive even with a few simple questions.

Overall, it’s a great spot for vegan dining with a membership option, but the service experience varied. Worth a visit if you’re...

This is the worst vegetarian restaurant I have ever, horrible customer service of being shout, left without intention of being serviced, bad staff behaviour with emotions to customer, and taken away the coupon without customer authorisation, by means of both phone and face conversation. Given that I am the member of Waterfall, was going to try this restaurant with the Waterfall promotions, however, it is ridiculous and unacceptable to have this kind of hospitality next to Waterfall and in this property. This is my first time of visiting this restaurant, but with this bad customer service during a non-peak hour, I feel being very unrespected, unless you like being shout...

This is probably the most innovative vegan restaurant in Hongkong. All ingredients are fresh, the presentation is flawless. The fried egg in the pad Thai is not an egg, the egg yolk is pumpkin while the egg white is bean curd (?!). The fungus in ginger & vinegar sauce is addictive and matches very well with rice 😋 the white fungus is marinated with vinegar and sugar, tastes refreshing! The noodles soup has strong fresh tomato flavor. Last but not least, the steamed “pork” patty does taste like pork! It mixed with pickled vegetable which gives different layers of texture of this dish. Love all the food and they are all healthy and delicious!
