Starbucks (King's Road / Tin Hau Temple Road) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I used to enjoy visiting this brach when the previous staff worked here and would frequently leave tips. Not any more. There has been a staff change recently and there is one member of staff working at this brach now who is truly awful. She's a big (fat) lady and today I saw her shouting at another member of staff. I guess she may be the manager since she seems in charge. She had absolutely no problem raising her voice/telling off her colleague in front of paying customers and her whole attitude, tone and energy just created a horrible vibe in the cafe. I also felt very sorry for the young woman being shouted at. She was undoubtedly just trying to do her job. Additionally the quality of the drinks has gone down and my latte just tasted of milk. I definitely won't be visiting this...

The staff are rude! They gossip about you and give you attitude to your face! Considering this is not a busy location, I expected Starbucks to have more professional and polite staff. However, they seem to have failed in this regard. Persistently giving customers a hard time is not worth all the money spent. On the contrary, I have had great experiences at other bustling Starbucks locations such as airports or city centers, where the staff were exceptional and attentive to customer needs. This Starbucks has two storeys, the location is good but the staffs are not that friendly.
