rooms don’t have chargers next to the bed, only in the table in the corner of the room hotel doesn’t provide any amenities (no water, no toiletries), due to eco agenda. But happily offering guests to buy it. While other hotels in HK usually provide “on request”. no water provided in the room, and when I asked If they have water dispenser on the floor for guests to fill out, the receptionist suggests me to boil the tap water instead ( or you of course can buy it in the hotel)

Please, stop operate as a retail store, and become a hotel with basic standards - not such a high bar to at least get water dispenser on the...

We stayed with our 11month old boy and the cot provided was perfect (chicco) a/c was if anything too good! We were greeted with a bottle of red wine and a nice panda bear. Location 5mins walk from tin hau mtr which was great and staff were super friendly at all times. Afternoon tea when we were around for it was not bad and there was even a room on the 30th floor you can chill (epic views) and free drinks and small snacks. Overall very happy compared to other hotels we have stayed in Hong Kong before in the same price range. Oh and the WiFi was super zippy....

Excellent location. Bus A11 from HKIA drops you off at "Gordon Road" which is a 3mins walk from the hotel. Love that there are many roast meats stalls and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are clean and spacious enough; you can open your lugguages and still have room to walk. I love the scented shower gel provided. There is a small fridge in the room. With 3 elevators, the waiting time is not too long in the morning and night. I would rate this a good-value mid-range hotel, almost reaching the...
