As someone who treats sugary treats as a reward, I was able to buy a bag of cookies from this place just last week for $40. They told me that their starting price was $36 or something. However, when I went back today, they were super adament about needing to buy $50 or above. What made it worse was the attitude of the long hair staff...super cold and seems like she's being a bit prejudice to me for buying $10 less. Instead of converting me into a customer (maybe say that the cookies lasts a week or something), the lady said (with long hair) said to me "我哋$50起" as if I was lying. I am showing a photo of the bag of cookies I bought from them and it costed me $40 to prove that I'm not lying. But omg, there're so many cookie places in HK I'm happy to write a bad experience review and go to the one nearby Taste Supermarket on King's Road instead. Also, they could've up sold me their bread and Id be happy to purchase more. But the attitude was just really bad 👽👽.I think the lady who was nice to me last week just stood there and ignored me 🥺🥺This kind of service is atrocious and, they now have a bad review and I'll be telling all my friends in Tin Hau about this. Thanks but...
Read moreThis Freshfresh branch is located on the ground floor of the Golden Court Building on Electric Road in Tin Hau. Opening hours are 7am to 8.30pm daily Basically, Freshfresh is a modern take on traditional HK style bakeries with a focus on commercial appeal as much as their actual bakery products.
You'll find traditional HK style bread items alongside their signature mochi balls & cookies and other seasonal products that are packaged very nicely in line with upcoming seasons, holidays and festivals. This makes them particularly appealing to the younger market and visitors who like their fancy and cute packaging and holiday products. Their bakery items are just fine as well. Potentially worth a try if you find yourself near one of the Freshfresh Bakery branches while...

I came home and told me wife about this, and she said a few days earlier she went to Fresh Fresh Bakery and bought mini muffins. As she was paying, the sales woman said the mini donuts are nice too, and then goes and charges my wife for mini muffins AND mini donuts, without asking her if she wants them. My wife was like please remove the mini donuts from my bill.
So I guess the staff here work on commission, and have decided to be shady to earn as much as...
