A takeaway sushi place famous for its made to order and seasonal offerings of fresh sashimi from Japan, including the famous Tokyo fish market. It was my first time buying from the place, previously I only tasted their food in another occasion. The fridge has some individually wrapped sushi or some popular rolls of 6-8 pieces a pack. Also some common popular drinks, tea, soft drinks and alcoholic on offers. Made to order expects a wait of 25 mins+, depending on how busy, they do have some 2-3 chefs working in the kitchen. On this Saturday evening in August 2020, my order for 4 persons (31 pieces) took a 40 mins waiting, on the longer end of my expectations. Prices are generally quite decent, especially given they are charged per piece so I get to try many different types. Attached my receipt from today for reference. I'd return again if I am still feeling good (no food poisoning) after tmr😛. No 5 stars because of the slightly longer than expected wait, I was...

We ordered three packs of sushi and a pack of sashimi to go.

The three packs actually covered most of the sushis served in the shop. Scallop, urchin, salmon, tuna etc. were covered in the packs. All of them tastes fresh.

I personally love the seared pack the most. The seared sushi pack was so so so delicious! The sauce tasted different from the other Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. It’s like thousand island dressing but a bit more sour and with an intriguing aftertaste. The sauce could bring out the flavor of the I guess that’s a secret sauce and I love it!

It costed HKD$400 for everything I ordered, which I think is quite cheap with such good quality.

P.S. this is a standing restaurant, you could either eat in the shop (standing)...

This is the second time I've purchased takeaway sushi from this place and both times the sushi was excellent. The fish is fresh and the sushi rice not too hard or sweet just right. The head chef is Japanese and you can really tell that he knows how to make good sushi. Some people have said it's expensive for takeaway sushi but you're really paying for the great quality and for this amazing quality I really don't mind paying a bit more. Great selection of sushi trays to takeaway and you can also order bowls with fresh...

Purchased takeaway on my first visit and was very impressed. There was a vast variety and the staff were very attentive. The food is fresh and was well priced. I ordered a negitoro don (HKD $118) and it was absolutely delicious! Dish was a good portion. Rice was cooked perfectly and the mince and green onion combination was well balanced. My photo does not do much justice but I highly recommend this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant!
