SUBWAY @HKU — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I've been a frequent patron of this subway in HKU and every time I go there are drastic differences in the sub quality depending on the staff making the subs. It seems particularly bad with new staff, where they will either 1) destroy the bread by compressing it when cutting or by forcefully ripping it open when the cutting is not done properly, or 2) they don't close the sub properly and either compress the bread or cause the sauce and salad to spill out or 3) have terrible attitude when taking orders, forgetting the order, messing up the customer order, or rushing the patrons. this subway is SUBPAR. are your workers paying out of pocket for each ingredient you put inside the sub? are you guys rationing your sauces? if i ask for more sauce, you should give more sauce. so stingy with all the ingredients and sauces.
