The Chalk — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Absolutely delicious authentic Steak coupled with a spacious and vibrant atmosphere especially for a non-race day. Seating was very comfortable with great views of the race course. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and highly attentive to details. The wide variety of Steak choices were all reasonably priced and the generous portions left us satisfied. I ordered the Wagyu M5+ Tomahawk for 2 and had it prepared Chicago Style. Unbelievablely delicious! Kudos to the chef! I would recommend adding skinny fries to the menu as a complement.

My only critique is that there should be more choices of Wine by the Glass (right now only one for Red and one for White). And also there should be a better selection of salad bar options including sesame dressing, sun dried tomatoes and anchovies.
