I always loved the food, the wonderful menu selection and the smoothies.

I have ordered more than 5 or 6 times deliveroo from you.

Today I was disappointed, as 3 out of 7 items was not sent out with my order, my coffee, juice and water. With the reason being, it was too busy, my order came in 8am and had to deliver at 10am. With that response, it sounded like it was my fault for ordering at an early time of day and added to your work load. It wasn't me who decided to open deliveroo for breakfast session, when maybe you are understaffed. It wasn't me who decided you should be working today either.

I'm sorry but, I've also had a rough night and morning, and was looking forward to a smooth breakfast.

Not to mention the lady who took my call, was not a listener at all, despite my loud, slow and clear words. Both she and the nicer man speaking with me later were claiming that my phone has a problem and I have to speak up, but I'm sitting in my silent home, speaking loudly, while their restaurant is obviously opened and with very noisy background. And even so, could have asked me to hang up and call again, or take my number and call me with a different phone. Outside the restaurant or in your office. I was clearly calling with a complaint. How strange for me to receive more accusations?

Thank you for the food, and the gentleman who spoke to me with a bit more sense about what he's doing there. But I won't be ordering...

Tucked away upstairs, you'll find an unexpected surprise! Brunch Club and Supper is a special treat for anyone wanting delicious filling meals, sweet homemade treats, or a perfect flat white and breakfast. This place is a lovely blend of casual cozy and cafe chic. Not too fancy, but comfortable, clean, and inviting. The breakfast and tea set options are well portioned and reasonably priced. Try the Croque Monsieur or Eggs Benedict. Dinner selections are mouth watering and feature unique dishes. The Hokkaido scallop ceviche is a must try! Their seasonal menu is always exciting. I've never had a bad meal here! A full liquor selection is also available. Staff is friendly and attentive. Though, I do wish they'd seat groups with small uncontrolled children further towards the back. There were toys hidden on a lower shelf that they found. Their chaos and noise was rather unpleasant (one small boy crowed like a rooster for 20 minutes) especially in such a close space. If you plan on having toys within reach for kids, then designate an area for them to play. Not beside me while I try to enjoy my meal. This is the only reason I can't give 5 stars on the atmosphere.

That being said, dinner probably has less chance of rambunctious children playing farm animals. So go for a cocktail...

I'm wondering if all the other reviewers went to the same place I did? There is absolutely nothing about this place that would warrant a good review. Service is awful! The place was more then half empty on a Sunday, while places around the corner are packed. Servers are standing around, doing absolutely nothing, but still can't manage to come round to their tables, take your order etc. The food was even worse. We had the eggs benny and pancakes. The eggs benny arrived before anything else (before our coffee and juice), tasted like butter and was all around bland. The pancakes took longer to arrive (which is written on the menu) but at no point did we ask for our meals to arrive separately. If food timing's an issue, it should be fixed coming out of the kitchen, not at the guest's table. Pancakes were awful. Forget light and fluffy. These made store bought boxed pancakes taste amazing....

The environment tries with its exposed brick and focus on reclaimed neutral colours, but the diner style tables and even worse service and food, expose this place as the ultimate faux Western Brunch place. If you even remotely enjoy brunch.... don't waste...
