We ordered pick up and we are following the app’s notification to pick up at 19:55 and then the owner told us the order is not ready yet and we were waiting for 30 min and I complained that why it was delayed for so long and asked him how much more time should we be waiting. He arrogantly RE questioned us that have you ever eaten in hk before? It is like this! And the way he spoke is quite discriminating. I told him I want to cancel the order and he said cannot as one dish is still cooking and need to wait for another 20 min! This is so bad attitude not let alone the BBQ portion is super small and pricy.
