Nice spot to grab some basic groceries. This review is about the automatic checkout counters which are really poorly designed. I have rarely seen anyone be able to use them without help from the staff which are forced to stand nearby and offer service. The ones at the front of the store are also right in the middle of the isle and really jam up traffic. I’ve seen many of these types of counters and these are the worst. Kinda defeats the purpose. It's actually a pretty large supermarket with extensive food departments. I found it great for a rushed "supermarket sweep" of buying gifts for back home - lots of teas (including the quality Ming Cha brand), lots of biscuits and sweets, and they had HK-style milk tea cartons! Staff were quite clueless though (e.g. when asked about the aforementioned tea). Prices were OK for me but it's not a budget place. There is a smallish household goods aisle.
