Tried this Michelin 1 Star restaurant because my Mom love Ramen. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable and staff are very friendly.
I tried their Hamaguri Soup Ramen which soup are blended and mixed with Clam, Pork and Fish. The soup is so brothy and sweet. They even use filtered water for the soup so it taste clean and clear. One top of the ramen, there are mapping with Porcini flakes and Oil, White Leek, Sping Onion, Tartufata, so you can get over five different tastes with the soup. The Ramen cooked just right. Mom tried the Original Ramen and the Tonkotsu soup was rich and sweet. We both like the Pork Belly Cha Shu, it tender but not fatty. Slow Cooked Cha Shu also yummy. The ramen was lackluster. The soup lacked any depth or flavor—no soul whatsoever. The ramen itself was so average, tasted like something you would find in a supermarket.
To make matters worse, everything was overpriced.
As for the 唐揚雞 (fried chicken), a dish that should be simple, it was shockingly bad. It was still raw on the inside. It’s hard to believe that such a common dish could be executed so poorly.

金色不如帰的東京本店已經由2019年開始連續4年摘星🗼。作為過江龍來到香港🇭🇰,味道質素如何呢?咁岩今日秋風起,好想食一碗熱辣辣的拉麵呀🔥!所以來到金色不如帰食拉麵🍜 Yummy Yummy 😋
嚟到呢度梗係要食佢嘅王牌拉麵啦!除此之外,我哋仲叫咗兩個小食同飲品。現在為大家介紹一下:-
🍜貝汁醬油拉麵 呢度的王牌菜式。有特別嘅指示牌教我哋點樣享用呢一個拉麵:- 用心把拉麵捧在手心已感受其溫度 在感受由拉麵發出獨特而令人舒適嘅香氣 呷一小勺精心熬製的湯頭,並配以牛肝菌碎、牛肝菌油及黑松露醬以相繼品嚐湯頭與配料的合襯。 最後品嚐拉麵以同事感受其香氣、味道及多元化的配搭食材。 我原本都諗住用佢教嘅方法去品嚐呢個拉麵。但事實上,拉麵一到,已經聞到黑松露的香味,我亦急不及待品嚐佢嘅湯頭。一飲落去,即刻感受到佢的與別不同。好鮮好甜吖。好似有一百隻蜆係口內跳舞咁💃🤣。一查之下,原來湯頭用上大蜆、豚骨同魚去熬製而成,鮮味十足。呢度嘅麵條帶有麥味,比較有咬口。配有兩塊叉燒,肥瘦適中,豬肉的甘香味都幾濃郁。
🦪牡蠣拉麵 呢個係季節限定新品。全港首間「牡蠣黃金湯」湯頭拉麵店。鍾意食蠔嘅我又點會放過呢?佢的湯頭同貝汁醬油拉麵完全不一樣。充滿蠔味!🦪🦪🦪🦪🦪用蠔、豬骨同魚熬製而成。湯料都有好多,包括:- 意大利番茜、法國紫洋蔥、火箭菜、京蔥、鮮蠔油、茗荷、蘿蔔苗,味道多元化、風味十足!最鍾意佢嘅醬漬牡蠣。蠔味非常之濃郁,後勁非常之凌厲,蠔的味道在口中,久久也不能散去。感覺好幸福啊!聽店員介紹銅鑼灣開左間姊妹店叫牡蠣不如歸,下次去試吓先!
🧀一口芝士脆豚 外表炸到金黃色嘅豬扒,外表都幾吸睛㗎。吉列炸粉好薄、豬肉偏瘦。呢個小食的重點係個拉芝🤩我試過,可以拉到好長㗎!個芝士味亦好香。
🦑鳥皮烏賊揚 透薄嘅雞皮加埋非常爽口彈牙的墨魚,令人回味無窮。要我揀邊個小食好食啲?我完全揀唔到。下次來兩個都會叫晒!🤣
🍑白桃焙茶 白桃的甜味碰上焙茶的香味,等如好味吖!🤣
🍋紫蘇雙檸洛神花茶 紫蘇葉可以驅寒,洛神花可以防癌降血脂,加埋充滿維他命C嘅檸檬,係一個好健康嘅飲品啦!雖然有檸檬又有洛神花,但飲落一D都唔酸,甜甜地。
整體來講,呢間餐廳嘅優勢係佢嘅湯底,蜆味同蠔味都各有特色。而且呢一種湯底嘅拉麵,係市場上亦都不常見。值得為咗佢嘅湯底再嚟囉!
