Market Place (iSquare 國際廣場店) — Local services in Hong Kong

The WORST customer experience at a High End market place K11* This happened on 5 march 2023 at 2150. Both your male and female staff were very condencending. Our group had 3 separate purchases using the self service counter. , While we are checking out, a female staff came over NOT to help but to check that we are not shoplifting. We have subsequent showed her receipts of our purchase. Whilst checking out the last lot of items, a male staff came. He was extremely Rude and sarcastic. Male staff trying to help finalising my purchase which did not go thru because I was using an oversea credit card. Instead of him being HELPFULL which all sales person are trained to do so.. Instead he reacted with complains and sarcastic noise like ccfhhhhhee... e.mmmm.. Heeeeiiii, basically this is complaining we are giving him more work. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We ended up leaving all the grocer and not going to support your supermarket in near future. We were suspected shoplifting and accused of being such torublesome! We were just trying to purchase some ingredients for our breakfast next day.

I normally do not post feedback, but this time I was super annoyed by saleswoman at bakery shop at market place, I went there to buy sandwich for lunch continue 3 days and everyday her attitude was super unfriendly, frist day, i bought pizza and I had did not have enough money in my octopus and I wanted to avoid crowd at counter so I asked my girlfriend to use her octopus and pay, but saleswoman suddenly said 'are you asking to pay to her for your lunch?' it was super annoying, she even don't know anything about us and commenting like this....another incident happened today..when I went there to buy sandwich and I ask is this chicken sandwich? Because I saw in there in one row display many types of sandwiches and I didn't know how to difference by looking, so I ask her 'is this chicken sandwich?' her response was 'dont you remember which one is chicken sandwich?'...omg I felt like I was again started my day by making trouble...

i have bad expirence when shop here, i shop on 10 May 2019 (night after 8 o clock) and paid using my credit card but the credit card being swipe and not using the chip. the cashier always said declined (of course will be declined because its being swipe and not using chip). i already told but she only talk in chineese and talk with her friends. then try again with other machine, and the other cashier swipe again the credit card and the result declined again. she ask another friend (male) and he told us that the credit card master card can't be used. my friend then used debit card master card dan finish the payment. (i i already check and the limit still had). next day i use at the airport and...
