Casa Margo — Restaurant in Hong Kong

There are actually a lot yum food in this building!! We went to CASA MARGO on 9/F the other day. It was a bit like bistro feeling~ Rmb to arrive a bit earlier for lunch hour as there are not much seats and no booking is available at this moment!

🧒🏽 went with another 2 colleagues that day, so we tried all of their mains including: 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 (𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗽) 𝗮 𝗹𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮 , 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 & 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 ~ Our final ranking for the mains was Chicken Steak Salmon. The Chicken Thigh was quite surprising for its crispiness and tender meat. Steak was so delicious with its Chimichurri sauce and pumpkin puree. Salmon was also yummy and in high quality!!

What you can’t miss is their sweets!! We ordered brownie with ice-cream and their creme caramel pudding that day Both of the sweets were extremely goood. We had our pudding in original favour with whipped cream and crumbles. Brownie is so chewyyyy

Average quality with an unbelievable pricing. Potatoes weren’t being fully cooked. For the steak, the fat held one-third of it which was pretty oily. I would have expected that a $400+ steak could offer me a better experience. Also, the pasta should be added more taste. Service was okay but it won’t be a reason for me to...

小店介乎係九龍灣同牛頭角中間，唔好比地址呃到，係邊行過去都要大概十分鐘，格局好似私房菜咁，店舖好細，只接受網上預約，只做晚市兩個時段，6點15同8點15，留意小店網站，會有休息日！

🍴餐前麵包 麵包好香脆，酸種麵包但勁香，有包味唔會過酸。

🍴Burrata Cheese, Prosciutto $150 (9/10) 芝士軟滑，淡淡芝香，火腿份量足，香而不鹹，入口順滑唔鞋唔靱。

🍴Grilled Steak (400g, serve 2 persons) $488 (10/10) 大份，兩個人好夠食🫶🏻三成熟，有肉汁肉味，牛味濃郁，口感軟滑，不得了，勁好食！

🍴Roasted New Potatoes, Curry Aioli $68 (7/10) 好多人推薦，外脆內軟，薯仔唔會硬，加咗咖喱粉好香，介茉醬幾解膩，個人覺得中上，未到好好食。

🍴Pistachio Crème Caramel w/Rice-Pudding-Ice-Cream $93 （10/10) 今次試咗開心果味，布甸真係超嫩滑話，大夫啫喱同cream嘅狀態，超濃奶香同埋開心果味道一啲都唔甜，忌廉非常之出色，真係勁飽肚可以食得落！

🍴Basque Burnt Cheesecake w/Seasonal Fruit Sorbet $80 (9/10) 巴斯克芝士蛋糕半流心，非常軟滑，芝味濃郁但唔會太油膩，個山楂雪巴都幾好食，好解膩。

🍴Homerade Ginger Ale $42 (7.5/10) 自家製嘅薑汁梳打，有薑嘅香味，但係唔會太過辣幾好飲嘅！
