A typical local Cha Chaan Teng at Apl. Despite small, clean and tidy. No dirt or water on floor. Comfotable place for dinning.

Recommended lunch menu are bargain, ranging from $48 to $60. Steamed fish, pork ribs, curry and sweet and sour pork at your choice. The set will follow with white rice and soup/drinks.

Surprise to me, the portion of steamed fish or pork ribs were not small. Soup of the day has no MSG, not thirsty after taking it.

Very nice seafood restaurant pick in hk, better quality and almost half price compared with Sai Kung and Lei Yu Mun. Very helpful and professional on dishes recommendation, right timing for serve the dishes and frequently replace your plate is definitely a plus.

誤打誤撞，找到服務好價錢公道的海鮮檔舖及味道好服務周到的本地食店。

一家人原本想到鴨脷洲熟食街市吃早晚飯，可惜我們沒有訂位，兩間餐廳都已經沒有位。那一家人一想到地下海鮮檔逛一逛，走到全記海鮮，看見海鮮生猛，最重要是全記老闆老闆娘非常細心，並介紹我們到張記小廚加工食物，還叫我們先打電話才揀選食物。

我馬上打電話過去，因為時間還早，所以老闆娘額外安排枱給我們。訂個枱後我們在全記揀選食物，他們幫我們揀選優質的海鮮，例如看看膏蟹多不多膏，幫我們找大隻的南非鮑魚，介紹我們吃海方俐，實在感覺他們的服務比一般海鮮魚檔有所不同。

完成揀選食物後，我們馬上去張記小廚。一到步，老闆娘因應我們買的海鮮而建議煮法，另外，很少本地餐廳會提供濕紙巾及不停更換碗碟，這個服務已令我們全家感到她們服務很細心。 最後當然是他們加工的海鮮及我們另外叫的食物非常清口，吃完沒有口乾的感覺。
