Went quickly into this local Chinese restaurant inside Sai Ying Pun market just next to MTR exit. There were just a few tables filled as it's a Sunday. Picked a simple fried beef noodle (乾炒牛河) and tea as a benchmark. Disappointed. The beef was like rubber and has no beef taste. The rice noodle was ok, dried enough and did not have too much oil.
