Two-and-a-Half Street nails that rare balance between laid-back charm and urban energy, and nowhere is this felt more than in their outdoor seating. It’s not just a table on a pavement — it’s an experience. The moment we sat down, we were enveloped in a warm, low-key buzz. The setting is effortlessly cool: exposed brick, string lights overhead, and a view that captures the pulse of the street without ever feeling too busy. There’s a sense of being tucked just out of the way — part of the action, but with enough distance to relax into it. Tables are spaced generously, so you don’t feel like you’re dining on top of your neighbours, and the seating itself is surprisingly comfortable — not an afterthought, but clearly curated to invite lingering. Soft throws and cushions on cooler nights are a thoughtful touch, and there’s a relaxed elegance to everything, right down to the beautiful stoneware and casual-but-polished service. The staff moves with an ease that suits the outdoor vibe — attentive but never hovering. Drinks arrive quickly, food lands hot, and they know exactly when to check in and when to let you just enjoy the moment. That’s a rare art.

### Two-And-A-Half Coffee Shop Nestled in a cozy corner of the neighborhood, **Two-And-A-Half** is a charming coffee shop that has quickly become a local favorite. The inviting atmosphere, adorned with soft lighting and potted plants, creates a perfect backdrop for a leisurely coffee break. As you step inside, the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you. The baristas are skilled and passionate, serving up a delightful range of beverages, including steaming hot cappuccinos, creamy lattes, and indulgent mochas. Each cup is crafted with care, ensuring that every sip is a moment of pure bliss. Complementing the coffee offerings are their standout food items. The Turkish eggs are a must-try—perfectly poached and served on a slice of garlic butter sourdough. The addition of avocado toast, subtly flavored with garlic, provides a refreshing twist. This pairing not only satisfies the palate but also offers a hearty, nutritious option for breakfast or brunch. Whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone, Two-And-A-Half provides a delightful experience that combines the best of coffee and culinary creativity.

It might be a bit unfair to say I was disappointed testing this cafe - but with the extremely high level of reviews I was expecting just a wee bit more - from service, from the coffee and from the ambience. The place is small which is no problem but the outdoor chairs are extremely low and to put it mildly uncomfortable for anyone who is tall (I am 6 2 and was almost impossible to sit). Ambience plays a big part in how someone May then feel about an experience so sorry to say almost falling over may have colored my judgement Coffee was too acidic for my liking- I had a long black. As in other HK reviews there seems to be a trend towards this blending and roasting that for me isn’t pleasant. A few years back the trend was more Melbourne/Wellington style of blending - Brazilian, Ethiopian and Guatemalan - maybe it’s a local preference for how many cafes are presenting their coffee these days? Finally I think service could be more friendly. A colorful or friendly host would go along way towards a better experience I will review again in the near future A little hard to find opposite the cat and market lady murals on the slope
