This was supposed to be a French duck specialty restaurant, but the main course turned out to be one of the worst I’ve had in a long time. We started with a tasting platter that included flavorful duck gizzards and a rich pâté, promising beginnings. We also shared some duck breast nuggets, which were wrapped in a light, crunchy batter and decently done. Unfortunately, they informed us that the pressed duck wasn’t available that evening, so we opted for a few other duck dishes instead.
That’s when the quality took a complete turn. A whole dry-aged duck confit was brought out, it looked stunning and they took it back for carving. But from that point on, everything went downhill. The duck fat French fries arrived right in front of me. I took a bite and found them soggy. A waiter overheard our comment and kindly offered to replace them, but the second batch was no better.
Next came the pan-fried crispy duck breast. It wasn’t crispy at all. The meat was tough and lacked flavor. Hoping the duck confit would make up for it, I eagerly tried a slice of the carved breast, but it was even tougher and just as bland. Truly one of the most disappointing duck dishes I’ve had.
The side orders were fine, but they couldn’t save the meal. In the end, we took the leftover duck home and turned it into stock for a much tastier bowl of instant noodles.
Service was decent and the staff were friendly and attentive, but that alone isn’t enough to...

The tasting platter was a delightful surprise—each small bite showcased different parts of duck, perfectly paired with their freshly baked, buttery bread.
For main courses, we chose the slow-cooked caramelized duck leg. The meat was incredibly tender and moist, with a crispy skin that added a lovely texture. The Le Colvert sauce was bursting with flavors though slightly salty. We also enjoyed generous portions of seasonal roasted vegetables, a colorful mix of greens that complemented the dishes nicely. In addition, we ordered the penne pasta with foie gras, porcini, breast confit, and truffles—rich, hearty, and perfect for cozy autumn or winter evenings.
By the end of the meal, we were happily in a food coma, but was delighted when the team surprised us with a complimentary chocolate lava cake, celebrating our anniversary. What a kind gesture that was — and the cake was decadent and heavenly.
Throughout the dinner, Hubert and his team looked after us flawlessly—attentive without ever being overbearing. We felt like VIPs in a private French club :D Thank you Le Colvert -- we had a...

They ONLY serve ducks. But honestly, I was truly amazed by how they prepare different parts of the duck. The starters changed my views on ducks because I usually don’t eat internal organs. But the seasonings were just spot on. All the starters were appealing, and I particularly enjoyed the foie gras with apples.
The blood duck was the best duck I have ever had. They cooked the duck in front of you and used a press machine? to extract the juice from the meat. The duck was cooked perfectly, and I couldn't stop myself from taking another slice. My whole family loved that dish, even though it was a little pricey. But it’s definitely worth it. The sauce was perfect and paired well with fries and vegetables.
The crepe was another highlight. They made it in front of us. The orange wine matched beautifully with the vanilla ice cream. I should have ordered one more scoop of ice cream.
All dishes were delicious. The servers were very professional. They even offered a toy duck for my toddler, who finished a full plate of duck pasta! My family had a lovely time there. A place suitable for birthday celebrations and anniversaries. We will...
