The interior was simple yet stylish, creating a welcoming ambiance. My companion and I enjoyed two bowls of ramen accompanied by a can of Sprite. I chose the Clear Soup Soy Ramen (HKD 79), while my friend opted for the Rich and Flavorful Ramen (HKD 86). Both bowls included bamboo shoots, a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, and tender Japanese-style char siu. The Clear Soup Soy Ramen had a visually appealing presentation and impeccable taste. The noodles were satisfyingly firm, and the broth allowed the soy sauce flavors to shine through. The char siu was tender and full of flavor. The Rich and Flavorful Ramen lived up to its name, although I found it slightly heavy. The bamboo shoots, egg, and char siu were equally enjoyable. The highlight of both bowls was the soft-boiled egg. The yolk was delightfully runny, and the soy sauce seasoning complemented it perfectly. I was delighted to find such high-quality Japanese ramen in Hong Kong. The flavors were authentic, and the attention to detail was evident.

This ramen shop is located on Ladies’ Street. The restaurant is bright and spacious. When I visited on a Sunday around 1 PM, it wasn’t too crowded, so finding a seat was easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The ramen prices are reasonable, ranging from $79 to $93. I ordered the original thick soup ramen—the broth was thick and had a sticky, rich texture, but it became a bit too salty towards the end. The noodles were thin and had a good texture, though I felt they were slightly too firm for my taste. Overall, it was a good experience, and next time I’m in Mong Kok, I’d like to try their clear soup soy sauce ramen.

good boutique Japanese noodle place. the broth, which is the soul of the Japanese ramen, was flavorful and hits the right notes and flavor. we ordered 2 bowls but one of them was not hot enough so it wasn't as good as it could have been. their cha siu was also on the really really thin side....almost like shavings of meat....I think they could have been a bit more generous given the price....

The restaurant was small but sweltering, as if the air-conditioning was out of order. This, coupled with the hot ramen, just made for an excruciating dining experience in this kind of weather. To my astonishment, they couldn't even provide iced water or iced drinks (WHAT?). I was sweating while eating.

Speaking of the ramen, it was just OK but way over-priced given the small portion. You can find ramen of a much better price-performance ratio in places of close proximity, like...
