Fook Yuen Seafood Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui is, well, pretty average. It's not a place that wowed me, but it's not terrible either. The seafood is okay, and the chili crab had some flavor, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The menu offers some variety, but nothing that truly stands out.
The atmosphere is decent, not too fancy, and not too casual. It's just a typical seafood joint. The staff is friendly, which is a plus, but I can't say it makes up for the average food.

Food is average, dishes are nothing spectacular for the price they charge, the only one worth trying is the 鮑魚燒賣 (abalone shiu mai).
We had to ask them to add hot water even though the server walked by many times and chose to ignore the open pot lid. Asking them for anything (water, taking the bill, and even paying, felt like we were asking a favour) 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
