The boss is the chair of Hong Kong-Japan Sake Culture Association. There is a large variety of sake. The food is the complement to the sake. It was made an old Japanese chef who has chosen to live in Hong Kong. The chef has been retired. But the food is still good. The boss now lives in Japan and goes to Toyosu Seafood Market in Tokyo every morning to buy fresh seafood.
