Service is a hit/miss; some are super courteous and others can be arrogant - stereotypical of HK 🤭

Food was value for the quality.

Roasted chicken: crispy skin and tender meat; well executed 👏🏻 Braised tofu: perfectly pan-fried to give a nice coating while keeping the smooth interior silky. Bok choi with eggs: flavourful broth, though veggies are a tad overcooked; could use a bit more duck egg for richness. Noodles with mushroom: well-seasoned spongy (yee) noodles, but a bit overcooked.

A bit surprised to be charged 'tea' fee (per person) for dinner, which is more typical for dim sum, but was told it's the norm...

Amazingly we came here to have our second set of dim sum meal for the afternoon. We were told the dessert here are fantastic. We were amaze at the quality of the dim sum here. Top quality ingredient, beautifully crafted dish and more importantly tasted fabulous. Wait staff are patient, friendly and very helpful compare to our first dim sum place where you have the wait staff barking at you. We were here just for dim sum but plan to be back for lunch or dinner. If we haven’t had an earlier round of dim sum we would have ordered more of...

Food was good. All the dishes we ordered tasted good.

I especially liked the black swan meat and taro dumpling.

The strange thing about the service was, every cart that delivered our dishes had 3 dishes of chili oil. When we asked for one, the dim sum lady wouldn't give one to us. A hostess lady overheard our request and brought us a larger one as well as a larger soybean chili sauce.

Relatively quiet today I'm told compared to usual business day but was...
