Holly Restaurant (Jordan Road) — Restaurant in Kowloon

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and the food quality was quite average. The fish maw in the fish maw soup with kale was tough, possibly due to insufficient soaking time, and it lacked the characteristic fish maw flavor. The Peking duck lacked the rich flavor of the meat. The BBQ pork and roasted goose combo was more typical, but the goose meat wasn't very fragrant or crispy. The pomelo skin dish was really bad—difficult to eat and lacked the tender and refreshing texture, turning instead into a powdery texture. The stir-fried pea sprouts with dried shrimp was just okay, with a bit of shrimp flavor.

The restroom is unhygienic, and the floor is wet, making it easy to slip. The pathway leading to the restroom is also dirty. The staff are unfriendly, and they only accept cash—no card payments...
