The food is decent and some dishes like the cold udon and yakisoba were very good. However, service was slow and each dish took a really long time to come out. Portions are small, so I would only recommend for snacking over drinks. Also, they were out of a dish we ordered but didn't let us know until we were already eating our 3rd dish and not at the time we ordered. Honestly we would've left if we knew they were out at the time of ordering, since that's the main reason we chose Iza over the other restaurants at civic quare. There was no gesture for this issue and the bill was about 2500 for 3 people. At this price point I expect more but service was below average. Would not come again if not for...
