"Value". If I had to describe this place in 1 word. I consider this immense amount food for what you pay for. For those who need a comparison, it's ordering a large bowl at a Pho restaurant in the States, or when you were expecting a dollar sized Filet Mingion, but got the 16oz bone in rib eye. I knocked it off a star because it wasn't necessarily world class ramen, and it was also extremely hot. Im not saying it isn't nice be served hot food, but I think there is a bit of an art to serving dishes at the right temperature for consumption rather than spending equal time cooling off your food as you eat it. Oh, and the egg was also hard-boiled. Noodles were okay, less tender than others I've tried. Broth was soupy, less umami than some I've tried. Pretty good ramen, you can choose between 4 soup flavors, thin or thick noodles, additional sides of needed. Each bowl already comes with what you can see from the photo.
