Tao Heung Tea House — Restaurant in Kowloon

The worst restaurant ever. I would rate it zero if it were possible. They have no care whatsoever for tourists, only one person in the entire staff speaks English (universal language). We had to wait an hour for our food to arrive, only to find that there was another dish which wasn’t given to the chef, do we had to wait for that again!! Not worth the money. And they have a fixed surcharge that you are obliged to pay even if the service was horrible!!!!! WORST...

Service is slow due to electronic ordering system and waiting for a full cart of dim sum for several tables before dishing out to each and every table. By the time the food get to each table they are already cold. Food quality is extremely poor despite relatively low prices. Was surprised by the low rating as I thought this was a decent place for breakfast with good value for money and some pretty good dim sum dishes. This chain is quite well-regarded by locals.
