Our first time trying this hotel buffet. It was a wonderful dining experience. The crab legs and blue mussels were good. Sashimi was fresh and served in generous portions. Got a variety of well made hot dishes : superb japanese dashi soup with wagyu beef slice on top, peking duck, wagyu beef cubes, crab roe noodles, pan fried foie gras on toast, lamb chop, double boil soup, fried soft crab shells, etc. The dessert section was amazing. Tmr is Halloween, the dessert was presented with lovely Halloween motifs. Choice includes a great variety of hot dishes, raw oysters, sashimi, sushi, chilled cooked seafood, salad bar, soups, etc. Hot dishes change depending on the day and what they need to pawn off, but I've had cheese baked oysters, baked scallops, curry salmon, etc. Comes up canned beer if that's your thing.
Desserts are good, but I typically only eat ice cream which is Haagen Dazs.
On my buffet rotation list (the other being The Greenery also late supper),...
