Hello India Restaurant 印度餐廳同酒吧 (Halal Certified) — Restaurant in Kowloon

We had requested food without chilli, black pepper and garam masala. Because my husband has throat cancer. Chicken came with some spice. The beautiful lady, Rameen, crew asked my husband how he found the food. So he said, chicken was spicy.

Another crew, young man wearing black shirt and pants, interfered what the conversation was. He then gave bitter comment, "thoda to spicy rahega". So I clarified that it is because of throat cancer that my husband cannot eat even little chilli. The man crew then said quickly and sarcastically, "then don't eat. Just eat other items. Avoid chicken." Why is your crew so rude and insensitive? Is he not happy to take specific order? If it is too much work for him, he can let Rameen do the work because the lady looks very friendly, helpful and willing to work. The rude young man possibly is a manager. That would be bad luck for your restaurant. He uses taunts to his customer! Good luck to you.

May be Rameen is the owner's daughter or something, I thought. I asked her. She said, no. If she is just your staff, she is an asset to you.

By the way, we are from Singapore. We came with tour group Veena World. I don't need to come back to your restaurant. But I would not rate you 5* for today. Just because of one lousy lead crew. Diners with special medical situation, please don't go here. Food is nice for normal people but...

Hello India is truly an excellent restaurant that delivers not just delicious food but also an outstanding dining experience. they lie about ingredients and won't admit to making a mistake.

I had a severe allergic reaction here. I notified my server before ordering that I am allergic to nuts, I ordered an item and was told it would be without nuts. As soon as I ate it I immediately started reacting. (My allergy is very severe so i am certain that i had ingested nuts)

The staff barely cared. only insisted that there were no nuts, As I was having convulsions and vomiting in their bathroom, the server came and nicely asked if I was okay and offered me some water. I said sure and i was given a glass. later when I came back to my table, I discovered a large open bottle of water and my bill.

They made it clear they wanted me to leave and charged me for the water and all the items that they could have killed me with.
