We are here in the Macau during the long holiday and in many social media, they highly recommend the pastry from this bakery as the modern Macau style pastry. We arrived at late afternoon, there was no queue but some items as already run out. Initially we wanted to order their green tea tarts, but that's already run out, so we end up getting their modern egg tart, cinnamon bun and pistachio tart. The modern egg tart was a very nice pastry, very flaky, crisp and not overly sweet. The cinnamon bun has a nice aromatic but overall taste wise it was too bland for us. The pistachio tart overall was good. The staff at the bakery don't speak English well, some items does not even has English labels, so ensure to get your phone out...

A delightful treat! We came early to avoid disappointment but there was non-stop a queue even on a weekday. We had the baked cheese stick, cheese flower cup and the pistachio cruffin. The cheese stick was slightly savory and sweet. The flower cup was filled with custard but not overly sweet, the custard was more of a runnier type. The pistachio cruffin was also filled with pistachio cream.

Overall the crust was the highlight, flaky and buttery but not greasy. Quite pricey but truly worth it! Highly recommend to try if you happen to be...
