"Receptionist (Chinese male, glasses) was extremely rude." "Bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor."
From the moment I arrived, his attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I attempted to check in and presented my booking confirmation, he abruptly stated "No, I don't need that" and demanded my passport with a grumpy expression.
Later, he requested the "paper," which I assumed to be the booking confirmation. However, he then rudely insisted that he wanted the "visa" paper.

Since the weather was cool, leaving the window open didn’t bother me much. The room and bathroom were good, with basic amenities, but housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens daily.Despite these issues, the location is excellent, and the hotel offers great value for money, especially with its proximity to the Grand Lisboa Casino and easy access to the airport via...
