Im a frequent traveller to Macau And this shop was dubbed THE BEST RAMEN IN MACAU At least thats what most of the local I know that told me

So I went to this place with HIGH expectation

Lets start from the venue Its located in a not so obvious building Its not far away from AIA building In a rather OLD complex with no elevator You must take the steps to climb 3 storey Which is really unfriendly Theres also a spiral stair case but is again unfriendly to come up

Now the food First of all The char siew is HEAVEN Delicious really 100% But its rather sweet with BBQ sauce Very unique But a default ramen doesnt come with EGG Which is quite odd as only noodle and 2 small piece of char siew for 68MOP

However I think the pork is too sweet it makes the soup SWEET? The sweet by default is indeed good I wanted the soup extra thick tho Special but delicious

Pork dumpling is above average And Asahi come to make the picture perfect

Service crew is rather slag Basically throw you a pen and paper and ask you figure out yourself

Again maybe the expectation were too high Paid 120MOP for all I ordered

Will come again to...
