Nanyang Kopi is a new Singaporean cafe which opened last year on Rua do Guimarães in Macau. Opening hours are 7.30am to 8.30pm daily.
This is a casual place offering up traditional dishes and drinks such as kaya toast, laksa and chicken curry and kopi susu. You can order affordable meal sets or a la carte style.
During my first meal here I tried the laksa with chicken and a kopi (w/ condensed milk). Total meal cost was MOP$48. The laksa was very good, soup was flavourful and bowl was large and filling. Probably the best laksa I've had in HK and Macau in the past 5 years or so. The Kopi tasted just fine.
Overall, quite pleased with the filling, affordable and good tasting servings at Nanyang Kopi. Will definitely try them again during weekend...
Read moreAbsolutely amazing Nasi Lemak! Have been searching for good Malaysian/Singaporian food in Macau for a while and this is it! Very good price at 42mop for what you see in the pictures (3 large chicken wings!). Add 10mop and you can get their traditional kopi/teh, which has a nice breakdown of the differences in Kopi, Kopi C, Kopi O and Kopi O Kosong. Soft glutenous rice, savory sambal with crispy peanuts, ikan bilis and chicken wings. With the addition of sliced cucumber and tomato to cut the oil, it's perfect! The staff were very kind, through I could not convince them to sell me a tub of they delicious sambal. Will visit again soon to satisfy...
Read moreHappen to walk past this cosy restaurant of Singapore food. What can I say being a Singaporean I must give it a try.
To my surprise, they have a lot of choices of Singapore food. From Laska , nasi lemak , toast , kopi and many more. I was full from lunch so I decided to order a some snack.
I have to say the satay was so good and the sambal fishball was also good. Bring me back to Singapore.
Give it a try if you happen...
