Epices & Foie Gras — Restaurant in Shanghai

Michelin Plate restaurant, Came here for their Brunch Set which including service charge comes to around 265rmb. The set menu has good options, I chose the Foie Gras as starter which was pretty great highly recommend, then moved on to the Steak Main which was mediocre in my opinion the sauce didnt go well with the seared meat.

Que dire de ce restaurant où tout est parfait. La présentation des plats, le goût, les textures, tout y est. Le personnel aux petits soins qui prend le temps avec les clients. Un restaurant raffiné avec une cuisine d'excellente qualité. La trilogie de foies gras, le filet de bœuf rossini, des entrées et plats au top. Pour finir un fondant au chocolat au top (le meilleur que j'aipu manger dans le monde entier et pourtant j'ai fait de tres nombreux pays a traversle monde). Les desserts sont parfaitement réalisés. Une magnifique carte des vins. Un petit restaurant merveilleux qui mérite d'être connu dans cette ville immense ville...
