The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect—their warmth and professionalism truly set this place apart. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and my room was surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after busy days exploring the city. What impressed me most, however, was the staff’s dedication to making my trip unforgettable. They patiently introduced me to must-see attractions and hidden local gems, along with personalized food recommendations that turned every meal into an adventure. Read moreThis hotel has a great location if you prefer walking or taking the MRT to get around. It's just a short stroll to the Bund and Nanjing Road Walking Street, which is very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean but a bit tired. I noticed the ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling off, and the hallway carpet looked quite worn. If you're not too fussy, this hotel is a good budget choice. We booked the Selected Double Room, but the room turned out to be much smaller than the photos suggested. I wouldn't recommend it if you're claustrophobic. Also, the room didn't have the skylight window shown in the photos, which was a bit of a disappointment. The reception staff were kind and spoke English, which made communication easy. There's a convenient store open 24/7, which is great for grabbing a midnight snack, and there's also a small food place right next door.During our stay, it rained for three days straight, and the hotel provided umbrellas, which was a nice touch. On departure, they also gave me a lovely little gift.Overall, while the hotel has its imperfections, it’s a decent option for budget travelers who want a central location...
