Could this be the best bakery on the planet?

I don't mean to sound hyperbolic, but I am seriously wondering if we have stumbled upon something truly industry-defining.

We had to be back a second time after the first experience just to try other things on the menu and yes, the second time was even better than the first! Everything is made in-house, the kitchen staff works incredibly well to make sure that the food is something to remember forever. The service is the cherry on top, really and truly top class.

And the food. Oh my god, the food. If you don't feel like eating a lot, just get a canasta de pan to sample what baking should be. Eat it, savour it, and go spread the word. They should get training programmes rolling and teach what a bakery can be. No word of a lie, I would go back to Bogotá just to...

went here on cinnamon bun day for a cinnamon bun and a hot chocolate. choco was deli but cinnamon bun was pretty lame. not really "bad" but just really not so delicious. and it is not thaat difficult to make a delicious cinnamon bun. its just a cinnamon bun!

the place itself feels pretentious and overdone. when me and my girlfriend came in they looked at us like "um, and what are you doing here?" just because we dont look like yuppies, i felt

good...

We had a brunch where both dishes lived up to a pretty good standard, classic flavours so it was simplicity at its best. The croissant was really flaky and the mini pain au chocolate and pain d’amandes were tasty. Coffee was good too, and the service was great- very friendly and also spoke English. It’s a cute place with a lot of light. Lastly, to our surprise, the prices are really good, so it’s absolutely worth a breakfast/lbrunch if you are in the...

Cute little place with a cozy interior. It's a brunch spot with a lot of options. Vegetarians have ample choices though not many, if at all, gluten free options. The croissant with eggs was the cream of the cake. Each element was piquant and perfectly textured. The soup and sourdough bread was not up to mark, both languishing on the bland side. The main reason this place loses a star is the excruciatingly long wait time to get any food item to your table.

What can I say other than the best artisanal bakery in Colombia, by far! The quality of the food, the service, the coffee, their pastries. The croissants are simple one of the best, no one gets even close to their level. If you are in Bogota, this place needs to be on top of your list. The best puff pastry, croissants, pan au chocolate, etc. and their brownie cookies are to die for. I go very often, almost daily when I can.
