The spa is very small, four treatment rooms. However, I easily got an appointment during my stay at the hotel. The spa is in the basement of the hotel, near the car park. It doesn’t quite live up to Four Seasons standard for spas compared to their hotels. While inside the treatment room, you can hear everything in the car park (garbage trucks, construction, yelling) and the gym (like everyone foot strike from someone on a treadmill) during your treatment. The changing rooms are also quite small, but they do have a nice steam room to enjoy after your treatment. That being said, my massage was wonderful. My therapist, Helen, did a fantastic job. It was everything I needed after a long day of travel. The spa also uses really nice products.
