Ceviche 66 — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Overall underwhelming experience. Starter of tuna tartare has too much mayo imho, so you could hardly taste the fish. The house special ceviche 66 was made with concentrated tomato sauce, almost like ketchup. Would have been nice if they mentioned this on the menu so you can make a considered decision. The Peruvian Ceviche was kinda bland, but better. We ordered 2 cocktails, 1 arrived after 20 minutes although the place was empty. The other didn’t arrive as they did not have the ingredients, it apparently took them 20 minutes to come to that conclusion 🙄. The only place it did appear was on the bill!
