I was visiting this place last night. The place itself is amazing. It is wonderful for expending some time chatting and sharing a drink. However I was really surprised about the service. First, a young server without a minimum approach with the client. From the beginning was very distant and no friendly. Second, a young lady server who tried to improve, but she was worse at the end. When the young brought the drinks, he served my cappuccino, but surprise, the cup was broken on the border, a piece, started on the border, and ran inside the cup. You can see the dark lines forming a "v" on the clear color inside the cup. Complete disappointed. I looked for making a soft claim, and I went to the bar in order to ask for change the cup and drink based on healthy and food service regulations. But, the reaction was to try to stop the explanation, and the guy talked that the cup was perfect for serving drinks. Really disappointed. I asked for the manager, but nobody appeared. They served the cappuccino again. But in the end all the great sensations about the nice place disappeared because the lack of attention to the details. Poor or no approach to Client's focus.

Excellent place for a small meal in Usaquen! The warm wine is an ideal drink during Bogota's cold nights. It is a mix of orange juice and spices with sugar and cinnamon on the rim. The cheese and cold cut plate is enough for 2 or 3 persons, if that's all your having. The meats consist of prosciutto, salami that are a bit dry but good and flavourful. It also comes with fresh ham Ann's some slices of local cheese. It also comes with small Argentinean empanadas that are great; They are small and very thin and crispy and the taste of the ground beef is nice and has a hint of sweetness.

This place was great. A good aesthetic, maybe missing a bit of light but I sat outside which was very nice. The coconut lemonade was so sweet, and I consider myself a person who likes sweet things but TOO much, it should have taken down a notch on sugar. Also the fruit cup was excellent however the kiwi were a bit mature, so didn’t taste that well. Never had I tried a quinoa arepa but SO GOOD. Eggs were perfect temperature. Service was very nice. Eat the stroop waffles, just eat them.

The woman working was friendly, but incompetent.

I was handed a menu in English but she didn’t know any English words so she messed up both items that I ordered: gave me a chicken empanada instead of spinach and cheese, and gave me a granola bowl instead of a banana smoothie, and she continued insisting that the granola bowl was indeed the "Banana smoothie" item on the menu. If you’re going to offer a physical English menu then you should train the staff to know the translations.

She did not know the WiFi password and couldn't get my phone connected to WiFi.

To-go container lid did not fit the container.

3 empanadas, a banana smoothie, and granola bowl was $50,000 pesos. Way more expensive than other places.

Apparently the computer was down so I couldn't use credit card.

The banana smoothie was very good. Empanadas are okay, nothing special. A little dry. And the cheese...

This seemed to us as such an amazing romantic and relaxing cafe to hang out for some drinks. Unfortunately the service was really slow. It took a very long time before they brought us our drinks. Then we saw that the wineglass lacked a little piece. Of course it could have happened before already, but nobody would like to take the risk of swallowing some piece of glass. So we ask for another one. Unfortunately we saw them pouring the wine over to the new glass, so it didn't really change a thing. That event totally ruined our experience there. So pity since it was such a lovely...
