1811 Rooftop & Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Cartagena

We ordered a tuna tartar as entre, which was more qroquette then tuna (not even 50gr of tuna) for the main dish, both the sirloin steak and the pasta 1811 were cold. After we mentioned the pasta was cold, it was taken from us without comment. After one of us finished the sirloin steak the service came and tried to take our wine glasses which were’nt empty and an empty waterglass next to a full water bottle. We felt like they want us to leave imediatly. Then they brought the pasta, again without comment after clearly seeing that we were not happy with the service. We tried to stay calm during the whole experience and also were not rude or anything but the service looked at us as it was our mistake. Not recommending this place. I found myself at 1811 not once but twice in the same evening. Some friends and I happened to stumble across it. Very good atmosphere, very clean and with great staff. A young lady named Valery Daniels was our host and she took excellent care of us. She was very attentive to detail and quick with our orders.

DJs on both indoor and outdoor areas were excellent and had great music choices to keep people engaged on the dancefloor!

The service is wonderfull. The staff is very very friendly. The prices are very ok compared to alot of other places around. Ive been to many different places but the cocktails here were in my opinion the best also the price for them. They also have good actions when order more then 1 cocktail.
