Boka Restaurante — Restaurant in Cartagena

We called head to tell the restaurant that we had a party of 30. They said they could give us a limited menu for a set price. We arrive about 40 minutes after the arrangements were made. We explained that some of us had to leave in 1 1/2 hours and we needed to receive our food first. After 20 minutes they took our order. Ten minutes after they asked what we wanted to drink and an hour later they brought us some bread. When we asked if the food was ready for the early party they said yes but didn’t bring it for about another 40 minutes. It took them another hour just to give us the bill and we were late. There was a smaller table of 4 that was not with us that waited 2 hour without receiving their food and they just left. So if you have time to kill go there. The food was good but not good...

First of all I visited this place around March 17 2022, at night, their plates are good, but I order a seafood salad and it was supposed have lobster meat, unfortunately it was not , believed me I travel very often and I know that better, however everything else was ok and acceptable to my taste, Edgar attention was very very good, exelente service, but I think that theirs food have improvement to make, the reason of my 4 star is because the vibes and service it was really good, also this restaurant has 3 more restaurant next to each other, and there also another section to eat on the outside which it has live music playing while dining, but that section is for the other restaurant, which mean the food is...

I AM GIVING THIS PLACE ONE STAR BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE OF OUR WAITER.. FOOD IS EXCELLENT.. BUT OUR WAITER TRIED TO OVERCHARGE US BY TELLING US THE TIP WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CHECK..
