Alien Lounge — Restaurant in Medellín

Leaving this at 2 stars however this place has the potential for 4 stars.

Food : This was a real disappointment, we ordered the crunchy shrimp, this appetizer already started off the wrong foot, we ended up getting crunchy & wet shrimp, on top of a salad, this can be easily improved by removing the salad, placing a sauce in the middle and surrounding it with shrimp

Then I ordered the New York Steak but it was just a low cut meat that had the thickness of a pinky finger, the mash potatoes and vegetables were poorly flavored.

The entire menu revolves around a sweet flavor which isn't my preference for dinner, the mash potatoes were sweet, the vegetables were sweet, the sauce is sweet, just a bit repulsive to my taste.

Service was very attentive and the staff were very kind

Atmosphere is phenomenal and has potential, loved the live events as they were very unique and excellent

I had an incredible time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully plated. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection and top-tier quality. Visually, everything was on point from the ambiance to the presentation of each dish.

But the highlight of the night? The show! It was beyond entertaining and took the whole experience to another level. You can really tell they put thought and passion into every detail.

What an incredible experience to have visited this restaurant in Medellín, their food is something from another planet referring to their name, but what captivated me the most was a saxophone show that I could appreciate in the middle of my dinner, a boy with a unique style who plays that instrument like the gods and gives you the feeling that you are on a gala night or an exclusive event, I live in Washington D.C. And I really hope to return to Medellín soon and of course live this experience...
