Firstly, I should mention that I am Greek, so I hope my review is taken seriously by the owner and manager of this restaurant.
Upon arrival, I noticed a chain blocking the entrance, and I was informed by the staff (who, I must mention, were not particularly attentive) that they would reopen in 15 minutes. I decided to take a walk and returned as instructed.
I ordered a Greek salad and a Pita Gyros Mixed.
Greek Salad: Overall, it was quite good, and the ingredients were of high quality. The cheese used as ‘feta’ was also very similar to authentic feta. Question for the manager/owner: Where do you buy this cheese from?
Pita Gyros Mixed: -- The pita (bread) was raw; it should be grilled before serving. -- The potatoes were quite hard and seemed to be frozen, which significantly impacted the overall quality of the dish. I recommend serving only freshly fried potatoes. -- The meat was decent, though it was mostly pork, not the mixed variety (which should have included lamb and beef) as indicated in the name of the dish. -- Tzatziki lacked garlic (it was more likea yogurt) and there was way too much in the pita.
Additionally, the restaurant itself is quite small and lacks a certain level of cleanliness. There is room for improvement in this area, both in terms of the overall ambiance and the attention to cleanliness. The staff could also place more focus on maintaining a tidier environment.
Overall, I would say it’s a decent attempt, considering the restaurant is located on another continent and the owner and manager are not Greek, as I was informed by the staff.
I hope my review proves helpful, and that these suggestions for improvement will be considered soon.

Read moreI stopped by here for lunch and feel it's my duty to warn others from patronizing this place.
I watched the chef as he prepared my food. I observed him touch the dirty lid of the trash can and put his hands in his pockets before preparing my food WITHOUT WASHING THEM.
Before my food was prepared I received a message about a personal emergency at home. I informed the girl I needed to leave. At this point a woman who I assume is the owner/manager informed me I could come back to pick up my food later. Yeah sure, I'll just come back and grab my stale food in six hours after I've dealt with this serious personal emergency! I told her this was not possible. At this point she threatened to deduct the price of the item from the employee's wages if I left without paying. I know how little Colombians make so I angrily paid for the food without having received it.
I was surprised at the shortsightedness of this woman who would rather have a disgruntled customer then eat the $3 food cost. Not only is this place unhygienic but this behavior by the owner/manager demonstrates a serious disregard for her employees and customers. I recommend you patronize a place that shows more concern for its...
Read moreI always feel bad leaving less than 5 stars but I think there is room for improvement here. I was so excited for some Mediterranean food but the vegetarian falafel sandwich was not great. All the sauce was dumped in the top half (drowning) and this left the bottom half very dry. There were fries inside the sandwich. This could have been great but they were hard and not very flavorful. It’s a cute little spot. Nice patio. I tried to pay with card and they requested I pay in cash, thankfully I had some. It was $30,000 for just the sandwich (no side, no extras, no drink). That seems a bit expensive for what I got and the casualness of the restaurant. It was not a bad experience but I’m not eager to return. 3.5-4 stars feels...
